About

Janice Hughes Madden has worked with hundreds of people over the last twenty years helping them to "Find their Voice". She has trained in Co-Active Coaching, NLP and Counselling and is totally committed and passionate about helping Organisations and individuals to grow. She has worked with people from the Business Arena, the Creative Community and Charities. 

She trained as a voice coach with Frankie Armstrong in 1993, was the Co-Founder and Musical Director of Salisbury Community Choir from inception and for it's first 5 years. She has taught vocal techniques at University and College level, including voice projection, speed, performance anxiety and delivery helping those from the Academic, Artistic and Businesas Communities over the last 20 years. She also ran two successful Insurance Businesses where she dealt a lot with CEO's MD's FD's and HR Managers.

She began her NLP Training in 2003 with John Seymour Associates, one of the foremost NLP Trainers in Britain today and became fascinated with how useful it was in helping clients deal with Performance Anxiety in the boardroom as well as on the stage and in 2005 she began her Coaching Training at Newcastle College which continued at the Iron Mill Institute.

Janice trained in Couselling at Wiltshire College in 1995 where she gained a distinction and finished a Degree in Music in 1999 at King Alfreds University where she obtained a 2:1 whilst working and bringing up a family as a single parent

She is passionate about empowering others to grow and helping businesses to succeed by creating the right environment for that to happen. She is insightful, a lateral thinker, supportive and challenging when needed. She is intuative and able to see from the Meta position as well as being able to hone in on the details in the micro.
